A Biblical View of Time

Using Discretionary Time Well

Now What?

Discussion Questions

1.       What’s the difference between our “work” and our “job”?  Why is it important to know the difference between the two, as well as how they relate?

2.       How do you rest and recreate in a way that refreshes and recharges your soul?

3.       Read Ephesians 5:15.  In what ways do we need to “be careful” with our discretionary time?  How do we need to “live wise” when it comes to entertainment?

4.       Is your “free time” really yours?  What are some principles to guide your choices with your discretionary time?

"Your word is truth," said Jesus to his Father (John 17:17). We want to build our lives on this truth. The Bible is God's self-revelation, given to us so that we can know him and his Son Jesus.
