Outreach

Every believer has a part to play in the church. That's because the Spirit has gifted and called all believers to use their abilities to minister to others both inside and outside the church family. We are not all God wants us to be until every member is doing their part.

Ministry isn't what we do for Jesus. Ministry is what Jesus does through each one of us. Every believer is a minister. There are many ways to use your gifts to minister to others within the church family.

We want to love and serve our community in the name of Christ. We initiate our own ministries, like Room at the Table which supports foster and adoptive parents in our county. We also partner with existing local ministries, such as Fellowship Missions, our local homeless shelter.

Christ commissioned the church to make disciples of all peoples. We do this by partnering with our Global Teammates, who share the gospel, plant churches, develop leaders, translate the Bible, provide clean water, care for orphans, and do countless other things all in the name of Jesus and all in cross-cultural contexts.

Why We Serve

God didn't just save us (as incredibly wonderful as that is!). Amazingly, he also called us to join Him in his global mission of making disciples of all peoples. Discipleship happens best in intentional relationships, beginning in our homes and extending to the world.
